Managing Broker Russell Gibbs is a well-respected member of the Yucca Valley community and the 2009 President of the Joshua Tree Gateway Association of REALTORS.

George retired from the Marine Corps in 1978 and took over as Broker of the Glen Realty a few years later. George grew up in Long Island, New York and went to College at Emporia State in Kansas.

Karen moved to the Morongo Basin after marrying her husband, general contractor David Eckenroth. In the early 1980's, Karen helped design and sell custom homes that David was contracting and building. She has also owned and operated a successful catering business in the area.

Being involved in building helped Karen gain valuable knowledge and insights to more fully able meet the needs of her real estate clients, and to provide the service that they deserve. Her experience has enabled her to become and remain one of the top real estate producers in the area.

Ann has been selling Real Estate since 1990. She's been married for 40 years and raised two sons in Yucca Valley who are now successful business men with families of their own.  She has been a resident of Yucca Valley since 1975 and was formerly a banker, an escrow officer and a teacher prior to being a stay-at-home mom. Ann joined The Glen Realty in 1993,  which Ann calls, "A home away from home".  Her honesty, integrity and caring attitude towards her clients is what Ann believes sets her apart from others in her field. Ann derives great pleasure in fulfilling her clients dreams of owning Real Estate.

Suzanne has been in the real estate business for over 15 years. She moved to Yucca Valley from Orange County to raise her family, while her husband started his own business here.

In her spare time, she enjoys travel, skiing and golf. Suzanne loves the desert and is great at helping people find their dream home.

Allen has lived in Yucca Valley since 1979. He owned and operated the Yucca Valley Burger King for 20 years. While operating the Burger King he bought and sold property, becoming familiar with the real estate market. Allen has been with Glen Realty since 2000. 

Allen's hobbies are slow-pitch softball and motor-homing, and he is a member of the Joshua Springs Calvary Chapel. Allen beams with pride when you ask him about his family, especially his granddaughter.

A lifelong resident of Yucca Valley, Nicole has a love and passion for the desert. Married for 25 years and raising her son in this community has been a pleasure.  Nicole and her family enjoy the off-road lifestyle, hiking, rock climbing, and camping.   She has served our community as a successful hair stylist for the past 24 years at Valerie's Salon. Yucca Valley has been the Bogue family home since 1988. Derek met his wife Beth in college at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, Ca. A business opportunity brought them to the Morongo Basin and it' here where they raised 2 daughter Hanna and Courtney. The wide open spaces and plentiful sunshine are the most significant attractions of the many inherent to the High Desert. Derek has worked for the LA Times and various other publications throughout this time. He credits attention to detail and problem solving for this longevity. He remembers the excitement of each home purchase and looks forward to sharing that with future clients

Connor is a lifelong resident of the Hi-Desert. He was born and raised in Joshua Tree and his parents both grew up in the 29 Palms area. His father, Bill McClay, has owned and operated McClay’s Distributors, a local family business, since 1957. His mother, Brenda McClay, has served as a Registered Nurse for Desert Regional Hospital for over 30 years.  Growing up in the open space and bright sun, Connor has always had an affinity towards the desert and its landscape. After graduating from Joshua Springs Christian School, he went on to earn his B.S. in Environmental Science from California Lutheran University. Connor worked as a field biologist tracking desert wildlife stretching through the Colorado Desert from Joshua Tree to Blythe, CA. ​Connor hopes to utilize his extensive knowledge of the desert and appreciation of its natural beauty to help his clients find their perfect home.
